Infrabel

Brochure, sheets and HR website

Long live their talent

At the heart of European mobility, the Belgian railway is constantly seeking new talent. Although some 500 new employees join Infrabel every year, there is a shortage of people with certain technical profiles. Hence the need to promote the company with a view to attracting them through a series of mediums devised by Concerto. Concerto has devised and produced a series of informative mediums (brochure, information sheets, website) to present various (technical) jobs with the company, as well as the extremely attractive conditions that employees enjoy in terms of personal development (holidays, training, human relations, etc.).

To the point

A brochure presents the little known features of a fast-developing company (Belgium’s largest employer) to the general public. With a few judiciously selected words and photos, it presents the company’s appeal and the benefits common to various jobs and, in particular, contains the various sheets specific to the different positions. Attractive and fully illustrated, the job illustration sheets contained in the brochure present overviews of an Infrabel employee’s job, career and the benefits that come with position, etc. A series of photos depicts their typical working day stage by stage. All these ambassadors for the company were interviewed (in French and Dutch) on site (worksites, workshop, etc.) by agency journalists.

The positions in just a few clicks

In the same vein as the sheets, Internet users can find out specific information on working with Infrabel in a few clicks via a website. Easy to read and entirely adapted for reading on screen, this site completes the two other mediums.

Permanently updated contents

The site is easy to update with information on new jobs and employees’ accounts by means of a very user friendly Content Management System (CMS) so that its content can be gradually enriched.
