Atenor Group has called on Concerto to conceptualise and develop a global strategy for the communication of the Up-site real estate project, the highest residential tower in the European capital. Works will be completed in 2014.
Located opposite Tour et Taxis, the plan is to conduct an ambitious campaign that promotes both the project and its location in the district. This includes: reflection on strategy, creation of an identity, general public booklet. The general booklet fulfils this task in a publication that sells the merits of its location and of its prestigious services.

This publication aimed at “investors” sets out the tower’s added-value factors. It completes an information kit that takes the form of a sales folder of which it is part.
Concerto has been asked by ATENOR to come up with a strategy for the promotion of the Up-site tower. This includes: general public booklet, top-quality sales leaflet, advertisements, site hoardings, folders containing all sale documents, electronic newsletter devoted to the marketing of the district and of the tower…
The general folder is divided into a series of documents needed by the sales people responsible for selling the premises: terms and conditions, price list, specifications sheet, “investors” booklet, business cards….Graphical coherence and integration make this kit a vital tool for the success of the Up-site project.
